Love Joyce as she has been there many years and knows the merchandise extremely well. Have trouble ordering on the website. It does not give me discounts and this last time it would not give me the free bracelet when I actually qualified for more than one in the store for the same bracelets I tried to order on line. Very disappointed in your website and at 75 years old, it is not always convenient for me to go to the store.
