The experience at the store was very disorganized. Customers were walking out and getting irate. Associates seemed stressed by the entire situation

There was the free bracelet promotion going on when I made my purchase. I purchased over $300 so I was entitled to two free bracelets. When my order was rung up, the total amount due sounded really high to me and I questioned the sales associate. She said it was so high because of the tax. I still didn't agree with her. After my transaction was completed she gave me my printed receipt and instead of taking $65 off for the bracelet only $6.50 was deducted. I feel that if I questioned the total, the sales associate should have carefully doubled check what was rung up and what was deducted before processing my credit card. It would have saved me time and them doing a return and re-ringing my entire order.

Was a long wait plus I had to ask two associate for help. Both told me they waiting on other customers ncould have said I will be with you shortly

Everything was great, I was in and out. But, my sales associate didn't seem to be in a good mood. I tried to talk to her, but she seemed uninterested. Just not the friendliest experience buying something in store.

It was so crowed. I had to give my name and number in order to text me when it was my turn. It was 30-45 minutes that I waited.

There was really no organization when I arrived asked for help no one was available and there was no list to sign in to wait finally someone came and strutting taking down names waited around 20 minutes then after waiting 10 minutes for some to write down names

The store was overly crowded, so it was a little hard to browse around. I also felt rushed to make a decision and purchase. Furthermore, they didn't have many sizes available and I was instructed to purchase anyway and just exchange later, which is just an inconvenience.

Based on shopping in the other nearby Pandora stores, I felt something was lacking here.
