Associate was VERY cold and seemed to have little interest in taking care of me. Did not greet me both when i entered and left, & provided extremely short responses. She also had no attempt at solutions to issue with my coupon. This was my first bad experience at Pandora and i definitely should have asked for a warmer, kinder, and more interested associate. She must be new too because she seemed to have no knowledge on what i was searching for and told me to look up what i was looking for.

I am a 19 year old boy. I was buying a present for my girlfriend and my mom. The sales person kept dismissing me and treating me like a non paying customer. I did purchase a ring for my girlfriend however I was so upset with how I was being treated that I did not want to spend anymore time in the store to buy for my mom. I know I am young. But I have money to pay and should be treated like a customer

The employees of Pandora at Freehold Mall were not nice, did not greet, and did not offer help until I walked up to them.

I went with my sister to exchange a charm and to look for some new items. The manager was friendly but the two sales associates that helped us were so rude and nasty. I was asked what charm I wanted to exchange mine for so I asked to see what was available in a certain price range and she seemed annoyed that I wasn’t aware of what my options should be. After we decided to look at starwars charms and some rings, that associate was even worse. She acted like we were the dumbest people on earth and barely spoke to us or would help us.

The first sales associate fitted my mom-n-law with a bracelet that was not wide/big enough to accommodate the charms. Then when I asked about bracelets with different open/close clasps for my mom to see, the associate showed us spacers. I ended up having to ask for another associate while in the interim the original one wandered off to assist someone else anyways. Then while trying to exit the store another associate was standing there to allow people in and out and was blocking the exit/entrance while she showed another person (who was in line) the jewelry while being totally oblivious to the people who needed to exit the store. After asking her politely to step aside, she moved out of the way enough so that we could SQUEEZE by her and her customers. I felt it was absolutely rude and unproper business etiquette. I can say that the associate who ended up assisting me and checking me out was very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated that.

I placed an order half for delivery half to pick up in store, I was charged for the whole order and got a confirmation email, I came to the store and I was charged again the told me they didn’t get the order and they didn’t know about the items delivery home, but they got me the one I choose to be delivery at store, I paid again, I talked to an assistant through the webpage I requested to cancel my order only the part I asked to be picked in store and left the one that was supposed to be delivery home, the cancel the full order. Now I’ve been charged double and they hold my money. I never got a cancellation email or anything, people in the store was mean, my first language isn’t English I came on vacation but my English is good enough to be understand and they acted like I was some stupid foreign that doesn’t know their language, I have an MBA degree in the states so I’m capable of communicate my needs. I’m very disappointed of Pandora store and Pandora online service.

The manager at this store wasn’t taking the time to understand what I wanted ,I felt in the beginning not wanted and they where been very rude about letting my daughter in even know she was going to purchase something. I felt Discriminated I would of bought much more items if the manager would of be more pleasant.

Was told that the sales associate will bring items to us but the selection was very limited and since we were not allowed to look around in the store we had no idea if we got a chance to view all items. The store needs to be more prepared if they are limiting people move around int he store.

Being stuck in home due to pandemic I was unable to get out to return a duplicate charm of Eiffel Tower. Was told the ending date was the end of July. This was never announced via email nor was the store open when I went in June to the mall to return it. Would have been satisfied just to exchange it for store credit but was not given the option as a courtesy to a frequent and loyal customer, especially under the strain of health concerns.

I asked the woman to clean my bracelet and in the process she broke my mother/daughter charm. She then proceeded to offer me a free engraved charm in place of it. The value of the original charm was over $60 and the engraved charm would have been $45. Did not equal
