I understand it’s the holiday season but we stood around in the very crowded store for nearly 10 minutes before we were told by another customer that we needed to ask one of the associates to put our name on a waiting list. None of the associates seemed to know where the iPad was that this waiting list resides on. They finally found it & we waited for another 20 minutes only to find that 1 of the charms we wanted was out of stock. The associate didn’t offer to call another store & when I asked about other stores in the area she didn’t even know where they were located. We purchased the 1 charm you had in stock & when we attempted to pay with cash she looked absolutely annoyed that we weren’t paying by credit card. When we were leaving the mall, I noticed a Jared Store just outside so we went in there & were actually assisted by an assoiciate who helped us select a beautiful pair of earrings for our daughter instead of the charm. To add insult to injury, I opened my email today to find 20 emails from Pandora asking me to complete the survey. That’s not an exaggeration, there were literally 20 separate emails. You have a great product but your lack of customer service is a problem

I had a ring that broke that was out of warranty by 16 months. I was displeased that I had to purchase a replacement as I hoped that the product was of better quality.

Braclets dont feel like the old ones. Pulls my arm hair and is very stiff. Sales assosiate wasnt helpful she was almost rude. Ill mever go back!

I was making an exchange and the sales associate questioned me to an uncomfortable extent then told me i could not receive anything for the ring i was returning. The ring had never been worn and was in perfect condition. I understand the policy is 30 days and i did not expect a full refund. The manager then helped me and gave me a store credit and sold me a clearance ring.

Ridiculous amount of wait time. After sales associate took my name, my daughter and I waited ONE HOUR to be waited on...

I love Pandora and have been to several Pandora stores but I've never experienced such an unprofessional and unknowledgeable sales associate in all of my visits. The associate handled the merchandise roughly, turning over boxes of rings as if she was sifting through rocks and not fragile pieces of jewelry. The sales associate had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned certain rings by name or even when I described them. I had to go through trays of rings in order to find what I was looking for. Once I picked out what I wanted the associate didn't offer to shine the jewelry for me or even give me boxes and a bag for the jewelry since I decided to wear them out of the store. All in all, I was very disappointed in the visit as it was unlike any I had ever had before.

THE WAIT WAS RIDICULOUS FOR A Saturday THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE STAFF. SOMEONE VERY NICE APPROACHED ME ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TOLD HER SHE SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE WITH ME SOON. AFTER WAITING ALMOST HALF AN HOUR SOMEONE ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME AND ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. WHAT WAS THE POINT IN TELLING THE FIRST PERSON WHEN I HAD TO REPEAT. I THOUGHT THE FIRST PERSON WAS GOING TO GET WHAT I WANTED. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND STILL HAD TO WAIT AND REPEAT MYSELF AND WAIT FOR HER TO GET IT. I WAS NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST, THOUGHT IT WAS A VERY BAD SYSTEMS AS OTHERS I HAVE SPOKEN TO THOUGHT SO ALSO.
