Lack of sales person causing over 60min wait for my turn and the store wasn’t even packed! My only issue was with the wait. Which made it impossible to do the remaining tasks I needed during the visit to mall. The sales person was amazing

The south associate was extremely nasty and rude. Not a nice person at all. I was there with my son and she was extremely rude. The only thing she wanted was to complete the sale didn’t want to answer any questions or any of my concerns.

I was not satisfied with this visit because the sales associate told me all the items on my wishlist they did not carry. She didn't even bother to look at the whole list I had to ask another associate after somebody I came with had been helped. I felt like because the way I came dressed in there nobody wanted to help me until I bought $100 worth of things. I will be going to Pandora but I don't think it will be this specific pandora again in a while.

Highly qualify sales people. Merchandise top quality I was highly satisfied with the whole exoerience.

No catalog available, sales associate was new and not very knowledgeable. Could not get the clips o. The bracelet and provided very slow service. No one attempted to help her to get us out of the store in a more timely matter

I went into pandora with the intention on buying a new ring how ever the particular ring I had picked out had gems fall out 3 times on three different ring! Then the staff first gave me the wrong size ring and then to top things off the associated had showed me a different color and never mentioned it being more until check out when I had then had the ring on my finger

When I walked in the store there were three employees just standing around that one acknowledged me or offered to help me when I was getting ready to leave another customer walked in and immediately they were greeted and helped so I’m not at all happy

Completely understand challenging times but we were the 3rd person in line waiting to enter store and we were not acknowledged or even given an estimate on how long it would take to enter. 4 employees in store, 2 sales, maybe 1 stocking, store manager sitting at podium. Maybe the computers were down maybe they were short staffed but again, no acknowledgement. After 45 minutes we entered the store, then waited another 20 to be greeted and finally assisted. After that interaction we made our purchase in maybe 2-3 minutes and we’re out of the store. Extremely frustrating. I’ve been in this store north of 15-20x in the past, granted not during a pandemic, but this was brutal.

Rude employees. Too small of a store

The staff was very slow and very rude. Even though9 people were allowed, they didn’t let me go in with my son (who was buying an item to surprise his gf)and I had to wait outside for 35 mins while they were extremely slow in helping other customers who were a family of 4 surrounding one person who was actually buying anything. When I finally went in, all the staff looked up at suspiciously and asked me to wait outside while they recounted!! They were not friendly, no customer service, rude and slow
