The woman who helped me seemed to be bothered by my presence, and as we we’re finishing up, two women walked in and were able to do everything I was told not to, but I can only imagine why. I’m so disappointed in the Freehold Mall, location.

I have never been in a store where the staff was so slow. we had to wait 20 minutes to get attended to. The staff was not particularly friendly and there was not enough staff to assist the customers. If it wasn't the worst experience I've had in a store it was definitely in the top 5.

The sales associate at Freehold Raceway Mall I believe was the manager ..she wore pink eye glasses and I wish I had gotten her name. she took forever to wait on us and saw us standing there and continued to fill her displays ...She then waited on us ..a stone had fallen out of a ring my daughter received as a gift for Christmas ...she said by looking at the email she could not find the purchase and was very rude!!! We then went to Pandora in Ocean County Mall and was gretted with kindness and found the email receipt within seconds and made the exchange for a new ring effortless. I WILL NOT VISIT THE PANDORA IN FREEHOLD RACEWAY MALL because of that RUDE and Holy than thou of a sales associate ..she NEEDS to be reprimanded, she treated us like we were lesser people than her, she should be knocked down a few pegs from where she thinks she resides!!! Can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was at Ocean County Mall Pandora!!

Sue the Asst Manager was not helpful with my exchange at all. She was rude. It was like pulling teeth to get her to give me information about any merchandise. She wouldn’t even answer questions about ring sizes.

It was extremely disorganized. Because of the time of day, the store was busy and only X amount of people were allowed in at one time. I was told that I could not even go in to browse, but needed to look through the catalog instead. I waited outside of the store for more than 1/2 hr. just to find out when it was my turn, that the item was out of stock. In addition, when trying to purchase another charm, the associate's Ipad was not working, she had to wait for another associate to finish their purchase, so she could use hers. Also, if using technology, there should be a way to just scan the item to find out the price. This associate had to punch in two different item codes before she was able to tell me the cost of the item. There should have been more associates able to help the plus 50 people waiting outside on the line. I will never shop there again.

Right when I walked in the door of the store #200 in the Freehold Mall, NJ, no one greeted when I walked into the store. There was two people working and busy helping other clients. I waited about 20 minutes and still no one had acknowledged me. After I had been waiting the store manager approached me. I told her I needed to do an exchanged and she asked me what I wanted. I asked her for recommendations and she could not give me any on what to add to my bracelet. I asked if I should add a colorful charm and she said "yeah next time". I asked to see a charm with a bow; she put it on my bracelet and did the exchanged before she told me how much it was. I felt like my experience was very rushed because I wasn’t spending a lot of money. I felt like they did not meet my needs. I left disappointed and not sure if I like my charm. I would of liked to look at more charms to see my other options. This is my second time there and have not had a positive experience either time.

The two assistant managers on duty were rude to every customer I saw them encounter, almost as if they were doing us a favor to let us shop in the store. There was a wait for service, which was understandable given it was two days after Christmas and the mall was packed, but instead of explaining the wait list to customers, the staff behaved as if the people shopping were a burden—an unruly mob that needed to be contained. Nothing in the store has a price tag, which made the exchange I needed to do needlessly confusing. No wonder so many salespeople were overwhelmed! Every person in the place needed to ask for information on any piece displayed, since nothing was clearly marked. Then when the exchange was being processed, every piece of jewelry had to be looked up in a ratty little book being shared by the staff. Why not just mark each piece? The whole experience was a turn off.
