It was my first time in the store, as my niece bought me a beautiful Pandora bracelet with charms and I wanted to purchase a safety chain plus clips so my charms didn't move. I was greeted immediately, given over to a sales associate to help me. She was very patient with my decisions and offered me options in my choices. I will definitely be coming back into the store to purchase Christmas gifts for family, plus to see what I'd like to put on my own Christmas list.
