The Saleswomen, Fernanda, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and tried the charms on my bracelet so I knew that I liked the way it looked. She also took great care of my necklace when she cleaned it for me.

I was undecided about my choice of gift but my sales person really helped plus seeing the other sales associates wearing their engravable silver pendants helped me make my choice.

Our sales woman was really knowledgeable about what rings came in my size or the size up. She also helped me style jewelry I already have so I cna pick the perfect rings!!

The store itself is a fanrasy, a jewel. I wear Pandora daily, for many years, and time and use makes the jewels even better. Pandora stackable rings in my hands have become a part of my fingers....and look just great, white shiny silver! I am a Pandoraholic!!!!!

When I walked into the store, I knew I wanted a Charm bracelet. That was my only decision I had made prior to coming to the store. The sales associate was very kind and knew exactly what to show me. We figured out the length of the bracelet that I was comfortable with first and then she showed me all of the different clasps that were available. We did not buy additional charms only because my sons were not with us at the time.

I got my whole bracelet cleaned. I found a couple of beads I like. The sales rep who helped me seemed to know what she was doing.

My daughter loves pandora items. Specially bracelets. The service from the sales lady was outstanding. I will definitely come back to this location.
