I seem to always get ‘ Sue always pleasant and quick. I usually know what I come in fir. The store is always brightly lit with merchandise clearly seen in cases.

Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with my purchase and the service provided!

I enjoy working With one particular sales person if she’s not there I wait till she come in . She’s very knowledgeable and very patient with me .

The sales associate, DanaH no.201312, cleaned my charms, and bracelets, and moved the charms to one bracelet, instead of the two I had. She took her time, and was very patient. I did purchase a chain connecting both end of my bracelet so I will not loose charms if it accidentally opens. I noticed the other workers treating all the customers so nicely too. It was a pleasure shopping in this Pandora store. I hope to return soon.

My friend lost her purchase when walking through the mall. Someone found the Pandora bag and brought it back to the Pandora and they emailed me right away to let me know it was there.

I just went in to get my bracelet cleaned. The sales woman took her time and cleaned each charm with Precision. Dipping ,wiping and scrubbing until it was shiny again . I was even given some tips on how to better care for my bracelet. I then purchased another charm! I was very happy with the service I was given.

The sales person was very quick to come and help me. She knew the inventory. she also educated me on different bracelets

All the items were picked out. They went over the order with me and rapidly rangeot up.

Sales representative was very polite and welcoming. Customer service was very professional and helpful. And also they know there products very very well which makes my shopping easier on choosing what I need and how to wear the products I would recommend every one to go this store
