I visited the Pandora store in the Freehold Mall in Freehold, New Jersey. The sales representatives were considerate of the safety of all customers. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise and helped me make my purchase.

The associate and the manager on duty were very attentive and friendly. The associate recommended items for me to purchase. She even offered to clean my bracelet. Courteous and Efficient!!! Way to go Freehold!!

The staff was extremely help. They answered all my questions. They looked up future collections and when to expect arrival.

Decided to go ahead of Valentine's Day to avoid crowds. As always, sales person was very helpful and arranged the tray of rings by the size I needed.Overall, great shopping experience.

The salesperson is very patient in attending what I want. I don’t have the size for chunky bracelet , which I really wanted. She offers the other bracelet but I know what I like. Then I asked if they have still have the locket and she got it for me.

This was the first time when I needed to exchange an item at Pandora they had the items in stock. So very happy this time. I was setting myself up for disappointment. But the sales associate was great. Thank you.

walked in and was greeted so kindly and friendly i didn’t have to wait, and the ladies there were super nice and helpful i felt as i knew them forever!! and everything was clean hand sanitizer was everywhere very wonderful visit
