Just love my new bracelet they we put together. The lady that helped me (manager, I think) was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.

I recently visited the Freehold Mall Pandora store. When the Saleswoman, Danielle, approached me on the line outside the store, I gave her a list of charms I was interested in viewing. When it my turn to be serviced, she quickly brought the items to the counter that is set up at the entrance to the store. I quickly chose the two charms I was buying as a birthday gift. My visit was fast, efficient and safe, and Danielle was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I plan to visit this store again for future purchases.

This was my favorite visit yet to a pandora store. This has to be my favorite location. I went into the store not knowing what i want and I walked out with a new ring.

Sharon the store manager helped me out greatly. I was in line with a half hour wait and am running super late for a dinner, and also have a spinal issue that I am getting an MRI for this week which makes it difficult to stand in line (both of which she didn’t know). I knew exactly what charm i needed and she went in to get it for me and checked me out right in the line! It was much appreciated. She was also very kind.

The young lady who helped me Dana was so helpful. Showed me what I was looking for and let me know the charms you had and the ones you did not. Since it was clearance they did not have everything I was looking for.

Very organize line to get into the store. Store associates every knowledgeable with your products. They were also super helpful

Though the line took awhile to get in, I understand precautions need to be taken because of covid. Staff did a fantastic job handling this during weird times and still giving top notch customer service. Very pleased with Pandora as a company and the staff they hire.
