The sales associate who helped my boyfriend and I was amazing. Though I do not recall her name she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the Pandora products. She quickly brought us what we were looking for and gave us amazing advice on the product.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 10 years. The assistant manager has gotten to know me and my family and she as well as the other associates are always pleasant. I also like the engraving bar in store. Before this addition I had to send charms away in order to have them engraved. And then that service was taken away. Now it’s available in house at my favorite location!!

There was a short line but I did get in, in a timely manor. There was no on available to help me yet but the person at the door asked me if I knew what I wanted. While she was watching the line and taking down names she was able to get the 6 charms I wanted and get the engraved item for me and ring me up
