There was no wait outside the store. Knew what I wanted to purchase, so associate helped me right away & complete my purchase as fast as possible

I wanted a new charm for my necklace. The lady cleaned my current necklace while I was looking and i was able to pick out a great charm for a great price. Looks so sparkly and beautiful. Very easy!

Assistant mgr Sue in the Freehold Raceway Mall was so much nice and friendly to me took my return easily with no problem also encountered me to do more purchases she is amazing please recognize her wonderful customer service and if she can get a raise/bonus for this she made my day she deserve to be a store mgr and up
