I really enjoyed my first experience at that mall. The sale Associate was super professional and nice. The customer service skills from everyone was above and beyond and I look forward to returning there very soon

This was my first time at this Pandora Store. The sales associate who helped me actually took my call earlier and gave clear directions which helped me arrive safely. This associate was excellent. She gave me great alternate charm options when my desired charms were unavailable. She gave wonderful suggestion on charm arrangement for my new purchases. I am so pleased with the look of my bracelet with the additional charms and clips purchase.
