The store was clean, well lit and ready for customers in this time of pandemic. The sales staff was so helpful and courteous. Sharon, the manager who took care of me was soo helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and took care to make sure we and all the other customers followed health guidelines, as did the rest of the staff. Sharon was patient, attentive and a real pleasure to work with

My bracelets were cleaned in my presence in only a few minutes. The associate was very pleasant, made me aware of hand sanitizer that I could use, and respectfully greeted and instructed other shoppers as they entered the store. She quickly identified a pair of earrings that were on sale that I decided to purchase. I was pleased to see that the store had installed plexiglass panels on the counters to protect the associates and the shoppers.

The young lady helping me was so patient and knowledgeable. The store was clean and the associates made sure everything was sanitized. I was really impressed with their patience and graciousness

Friendliness and knowledgeability of the staff

Lisa and Sharon in freehold were extremely patient and knowledgeable. Store is now curbside pick up only due to virus and they helped us via zoom. They recommended items that we did not see on line.
