I received immediate assistance on entering the store. Everyone was polite and helpful. My associate was very friendly.

I love that the staff remembers me. They always look at the bracelets I am wearing and make it a point to look at all my charms and tell me how beautiful they are. The staff can see my bracelet theme and always suggest a charm they think I'd like.

I had two of my bracelets cleaned and they look like new. While waiting for the bracelets to be cleaned, I saw some add ons for one of my bracelets that I wanted to consider buying. I did purchase two add ons for one of my bracelets.
