An exceptional manager that went out of her way to help me. When she couldn’t find the merchandise she made several telephone calls to find the bracelet I wanted. While not necessary she was constantly apologizing for me having to wait. Wonderful manager.

I walked in and was immediately taken care of. I was picking up an item that my wife had asked to be put aside. The sales associate was very pleasant and got me out rather quickly.

In search of a decent present for my sisters sweet 16, i knew rn would be perfect. the sales associate showed me at least 20 charm options. it really opened my mind up to which charm was perfect for her sweet 16 and gave me a list of others that i can buy to give as more gifts throughout the years.
