The ladies at the store are super friendly and helpful. I was exchanging a bracelet from Rose Gold to Gold and everything went smoothly without any problems. I was also told that I’m a size smaller than I originally thought and I was told that after the lady asked if I wanted to put the bracelet on my wrist and try it on before boxing. I love Pandora and I love their customer service.
