Overtime I enter a Pandora store, I always leave happy with the purchase I have made. I have always gotten more things than needed.

I love the quality of the merchandise. I think there should be a few more reasonable pieces like in the $25 range just to have options. My overall experience was excellent.

When I walked in I was asked Right away if I needed help .when I told her I wanted to start a bracelet and went through and explained everything I needed to know she had knowledge about the disney items I wanted and told that the parks had exclusive charms only sold in the parks.

A very high level of service, shop assistant was very kind and responsive

Amara was very patient in helping us look for the particular design we had in mind. She took the time and did not hurry us and also offered suggestions as to designs in line with my specific design. We were also very happy with the free bracelet that we received along with our purchase today. Such a wonderful treat from Pandora! 🙂

The sales associate was very friendly, extremely helpful and very patient. She was very knowledgable about ring sizing and made the exchange easy and enjoyable. She deserves a bonus of some sort.
