I came into the store to replace a diamond that had fallen off the ring. I asked the employee if she could help but then I remembered that i got the ring frok tess morgan. Even though i got my ring from tess morgan, the employee was kind enough to still take care of me and replaced the ring with free of no charge. Along with that she was able to tell me why the diamond may have fallen off and how to take care of my rings. She was kind and very helpful.

Associate helped me find pandora charm. Although bracelet was not in stock in-store she told me it was still available online

I’ve never been in a Pandora store before. I wanted to get something special for my daughter for graduation. It was a little overwhelming. My sales associate walked me through it and even helped me choose her bracelet. I was very comfortable with her.

The charms I got was beautiful and I wanted to give it as gifts and it was enough for me to buy. My sisters love it so much they end up buying more for themselves. On my next trip to Pandora I will be buying more.
