I was highly satisfied with my experience, because I went in unsure if I would able to make an exchange because I didn't have a receipt. I am a huge Disney fan and my family just came back from Disney and got me a charm, but I already had it. The associate I worked with, number 126369 was super friendly, and it really made my experience even better. It was fast and easy as she knew exactly what I was looking for.

Associate was very helpful. However, was a little disappointed to find that one of the charms I wanted to purchase was sold out. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
