The manager kristin was extremely helpful purchased my first bracelet and charms.

The service which included individualized care and concern was amazing and very appreciated.

I received 2 Christmas Tree charms this year and wanted to exchange one for another charm. It was not a problem at all. And I received a gift card for the remainder of the balance that I plan to use when I return to the store. The sales associate was so helpful in assisting me with putting on the new charm to the bracelet and balancing out the charms appearances was much appreciated. Great customer service!

Whenever I come into the store all the managers and sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable about all the merchandise. I always like working with Sue, the assistant manager at the store. She is always helpful and have a lot of suggestions to help me add on to my collection of Pandora. I am addicted!!!!

Brianna was awesome -- my bracelet broke and she explained to me the reason why.. Brianna reworked my charms and spacers so it wouldn't happen again -- I even made a purchase which wasn't what I initially planned on !

Ellen was the sales associate who helped me. I remember very well because she had helped me during christmas time and she was phenomenal.... as she was this time. I will always ask for her....
