Pandora Jewelry

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a welcome to Pandora. Being after Christmas the store was crowded but the assistant manager Sue kept on coming over to say someone will be with me shortly. Within five minutes I was being helped by Sabrina and she was wonderful - and patient as I made my selections.

Great promotion but some of the items I wanted were already sold out.

I have never been inside of the Pandora store before and I was searching for a gift for my younger cousin. I was lucky enough to have Amanda as my associate, and she was extremely pleasant. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made an effort to get to know me in order to help find the perfect item. Because of her, I will be returning again to start my own Pandora collection!

I was brought in quicker then the anticipated time. Representative went out of her way to show me other styles . And the presented his had me in and out very quickly

My daughter's princess ring broke, and when I went to see if they can do something for me they did without hesitation or concerns. I thought thry wouldn't give me a new one since it's been about a year since she bought that ring, but they gave us a new one. I bought a birthstone ring for my daughter for Christmas and thry has her size and birthstone, unlike the other Pandora store in the Ocean County mall.

I was very satisfied because i was looking for the perfect rose charms for a silver bracelet and the lady got me exactly what I was looking for. She showed me great combinations and knew what she was doing, she was very sweet, showed both very expensive items. she didn't only show me expensive ones... she knew what looked best on me and was very sweet. I've also been wanting a bracelet and I finally got it and she was sweet my mother got a charm for her bff as well and the lady helped us pick it out. Best shopping experience i've had at this store yet, i've never had a bad one though.

The employees at the Freehold location are very helpful and friendly. You never feel rushed in making a decision. They also give great suggestions.

Sales associate was excellent and knowledgeable

Well first of all the sales associate, Ellen was wonderful. She made shopping so easy for me because of her knowledge of the products. It was a pleasure.
