Today I was the first customer in the store. I was greeted by the entire staff. Ellen was my sales associate and she was amazing. In fact, all the staff was amazing!! Very pleased and I will most definitely coming back!

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to make suggestions of suitable merchandise. The experience was not rushed despite the fact that the store was buy.

I came into the store and there were other customers being waited on. One of the sales assistants came over to me and told me someone would be with me in a moment. Then another sales assistant who was leaving because her day was done came up to me and asked me my name because other people had come in behind me. She saw hat it had gotten busy so she stayed and helped me. I am a regular customer at the Freehold store and she recognized me.

The store was very busy during the last day of the 40% of sale. There were 3 -4 people waiting to be helped while every associate was busy working with other customers. A staff member who had just finished her shift and was leaving, came back to start a waiting list with our names on a tablet. Our designer Danielle was wonderful and so helpful - she spent extra time trying to polish up my daughters often warn bracelet. Customer service was an A+ and that is appreciated and noted! I can easily go to Menlo Park, Woodbridge, Monmouth or Freehold because all pretty equidistant for me - I will continue to come back to Freehold :)

I was served by Brionna.R at Freehold NJ. I was so beyond impressed and happy with the service that I was provided. Brionna took the time to suggest different beads and designs I can put onto my braclet. I went into the store uncertain with what I wanted and I left smiling and happy with my purchases. Brionna went above and beyond for me, I will be definitely be back again too see Brionna. She is my new Pandora Lady, couldn't be more happy.
