Sales staff was friendly and provided immediate service. I asked to see the charms that were 40% off for the fall sale and that's what I was shown. I was told about other merchandise, but not pressured to buy items I did not come in to buy. I asked about the duration of the sale since I may return to buy a gift for my mother. I was also told about this survey and the opportunity to obtain $10 off a purchase of $100. Very easy and friendly transaction.

I enjoyed the rings that I picked out and the help of the workers to do so. They were really welcoming and there with the most stylish rings.

Being a Tuesday, the store was empty, good for me. The customer service rep was friendly & knowledgeable. The manager was there & explained the Pandora credit terms & I applied, was approved. I was also able to have my previously purchased Pandora items cleaned. The rep explained which clips were able to be used on both the bangle & standard bracelet.

The store located in Freehold Mall, Freehold NJ is beautiful. The sales help are very pleasant and always have great style ideas. Everyone is friendly and courteous, I never feel rushed.
