Was able to purchase the Origami Crane that the Pandora near me did not get in.

I was greeted immediately when I entered, allowed to browse on my own and when I did work with you sales associate, she was amazing. Her knowledge of the merchandize, willingness to offer her opinion and suggestions, etc. without being pushing was perfect! I would definitely return and would love to work with the same sales associate.

I walked in to have my bracelet cleaned, i mentioned to the sales person that my hear that i had purchased the pink heart had fsllen off and if that happens all thw time with a stone. She replied sometimes, then she said give mw one minute and next thing i know I got my bracelet back clraned and a bew heart. They replaced it for me i was beyond thankfull it was a mother's day gift from my boys. Thank you for your great customer service..

The sales associate was very open and friendly. She was also very helpful in choosing and styling my rings. I am always very happy and satisfied with the service in that Store.

I went with my daughter and we didn't have to wait for a associate to help us. Sabrina our salesperson was very knowledgeable. She had a lot of suggestions for our purchases. We also brought in our pandora jewelry to get cleaned. The jewelry came out so shing!!! We will definitely be coming back.

The sales associate (Sabrina E) was very friendly and professional. Sabrina understands customer's needs and she had great amount of knowledge about the products. Her boss, Karen was friendly too.
