My daughter wanted a baseball charm. Was told you don’t sell that charm anymore. Very disappointed. Sports charms should always be available at least to order.

I hope that this survey is about the Freehold Raceway mall Pandora. If so, the sales person-Meredith (226804) was very helpful. However, if this survey is for the shop in Luzern, Switzerland then, my comments are not valid. :) The representative in Luzern did not inform me about the free bracelet which was the part of the promotion of purchasing $ 129.00 and my transaction in Switzerland was for 165.00 Franks which is well over $ 180.00.

I waited over a half an hour to be tended to. 2 reps even handled one customer.

the service at the store i shopped at was incredibly friendly. everything was clean and displayed beautifully. this store typically has a good selection. i went in looking for an engagement gift for a friend, and told the associate what i had in mind: a bracelet with a charm. she presented 3 charms for me to choose from, but i didn't really feel like her choices fit what i was looking for or were very creative. she didn't really seem motivated to help me find the right charm/bracelet for my friend. she never suggested anything other than the charms she presented, and she didn't really seem excited... there were no brochures in the store, so i ended up looking around the store myself to find a charm and a bracelet that i thought would work well for my gift. i ended up spending less than i planned to which was nice, but i wish i had had more fun shopping for this special gift.
