i did forget my Pandora card and they said that if you don't have the card that they can not put the purchase on the account no matter even if i have id. That was the only problem I encounter, had to use my capital one card.

Store was a bit crowded due to holiday shopping and there was a bit of a wait to get inside store. Once inside had time to browse but then had to wait for an available associate. Staff was aware of who was waiting and kept tracking very easily.

It’s very cramped when other shoppers are in the store. Some items we were looking for were out of stock. The associate had to keep asking other associates if items were in stock or available.

I knew exactly what I came to the store for & what I wanted to purchase I was hoping for this to be a quick trip but the wait outside of the store took a long time. I understand the wait & COVID restrictions are not at the fault of the store, it just made a quick trip drag out and was a bit frustrating.

I had an exchange. It was past the 30 days. It was a brand new bracelet never worn that was too small. It was a gift to my daughter. It is something you always have in stock, not like a charm that can be discontinued. The sales associate was not willing at first to exchange for a bigger size but then agreed after I told her I was a customer that has spent a lot if money in this store and would not be shopping here anymore. I hate to resort to such tactics but I meant it. Maybe you should have some exceptions as far as exchanges go. I wasn't looking for a refund.
