Although I understand that things are not what they used to due to COVID-19, it is difficult not to be able to know what you want if you can’t browse through the store. Specially if you are the only one there.

I traveled an hour each way to the closest Pandora to me that did charm engraving. I purchased 2 engraved charms with 2 necklaces. I got home and the word was cut off because the font was too big so I had to go all the way back to have it re made. I traveled a total of 4 hours back and forth because of this. It was just a mistake and the women who helped me was extremely nice and apologetic! It was just a mistake and I understand mistakes happen. It was a mistake on my part as well for not fully examining them before I left. But they were only allowing one person in the store at a time and there was a big line so was trying to be quick. But that was on me. The women did not rush me at all! It was just a inconvenience to have to travel so much just for this. The women did fix it immediately and apologized and they look beautiful! I will definitely continue to shop at pandora. And the woman who helped me was extremely helpful. She took her time helping me choose the perfect necklace and charms. I really appreciated her time especially because it was so busy. Thank you for always providing great customer service!

I believe it was just the initial shock of new safety standards. I was not able to easily look at the charms, so I pulled them up on my phone. A bar code may be more convenient. BUT THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS AMAZING! She was patient and brought me everything I asked for. The overall customer service was highly satisfying.

Due to the restrictions in place during the pandemic. I like to look at the display of different items before I make a selection. I just love to window search before I purchase.

the temperature of the store was very high. with the excessive store lighting, the A/C was not sufficient. which seriously downgraded the comfort level for the shoppers. in the midst of COVID and having the wear masks indoor, it is crucial that the A/C is carefully monitor for shoppers' comfort. I did not expect to sweat and I did in the store which was not desirable.
