This was my first time buying from Pandora. I went to buy a bracelet for a birthday gift and the girl that helped me with it seemed mad as if she was annoyed with customers. Anyways, I went back the next day to exchange the bracelet for a different one and i also got a ring for her and this time i had a different girl who helped me but her attitude was worse. She also seemed annoyed and she rolled her eyes when i was asking questions about the items. It was her and the other girl closing the store with attitudes. I hope when I go back, if I go back that i get a nice associate.

It takes forever. The merch is expensive. And there are always soooooo many people.

I was rejected for a credit card and lost the 10% off a $850 purchase. I have a 810 credit rating something is VERY wrong. Some one screwed up .

Sales person was very knowledgeable. Selection was good. The store was efficient.

Not Pandora's fault, but it was Black Friday and of course the store was crazy busy. The sales people did their absolute best but some of the items that I was interested in were sold out.

I feel that the quality of pandora rings is not satisfactory to me. They get dark and dull very wuuckly

There was only 2 sales associates and I waited for over an hour to be helped. It was very warm in the store. By the time I was seen, I just wanted to pay and leave and not even talk to anyone. I feel the store is totally understaffed and could not meet the needs of the amount of people that were entering the store. Many people left due to the wait.
