Pandora is a nice store. It’s hard to buy what you’d like since they have a limited quantity available And almost never have my size. It’s also annoying that the sales associate seemed to have to go all over the store to find the merchandise.

Apparently I was required to have the actual Pandora Peferred Card in my possession in order to make a purchase at the Eatontown/ Monmouth Mall location. I was able to purchase the merchandise with ease the day before from the Freehold Mall location. As a result, I had to use a different form of payment, which I did not plan for as a result of my exchange.

We were well received by an employee and it was very quick from entering the store until the final transaction. We even were able to get our other Pandora jewelry cleaned while we were there. We are truly happy.

store is small. selection is limited. items are very nice, but think they are overpriced for what you pay for.

I have become a very frequent shopper at your stores. I have found that, while I am very particular and require excellent customer service as well as the tendency to have many requests regarding your pieces, your sales associates are only willing to work so hard to keep your clientele happy. They are not friendly, Osteen rude and abrasive and off-putting.. generally abrupt when they realize-- despite the fact that they are definitely going to make a sale with me-- they do have to put forth some effort. This is disappointing because it's definitely made me take pause when considering shopping more in your stores as a frequent customer.

This is my second experience at this location. I was not impressed with your sales associates at this store this time. I felt that they were in patient with me as I try to select my favorite pieces in order to make a purchase I was thoroughly satisfied with. They were clearly not as excited about the merchandise as I was which was disappointing at best. Although I will return because I enjoy shopping at your store, I do feel a bit reluctant to do so. I am expecting to have another rude associate and I am starting to lose my excitement for your brand, As this is the second bad experience I have had with your employees.
