The store was very busy and we had to wait a bit. Also, the store was extremely warm, to the point of being uncomfortable.

I came in to replace My daughters bracelet who has 5 charms on it because it got stretched out but we were told it was Big to begin with. I had to purchase another bracelet but a smaller one but We weren’t even offered a discount for the bracelet. The Sales women was almost nasty about it.

They greet with warm friendly welcome. The waiting time was not long as I excepted it would be.The rep was aware of item I was looking for. My children bought me bracelet for my birthday. The rep went over warranty and policy of merchandise. It was my first pieces of jewelry and wonderful experiences!

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because some of the sales women were rude and didn’t give much help. The jewelry was very pleasing and worth the wait and rudeness so I will return to the store. Other than sales women being rude and not helping the most they could, it was a good experience.

the Service was great and the sales associate was pleasant. While the store was clean and modern, the prices were too high for the items made in China. Customers would more so enjoy your products if they did not flatten out their wallets for one bead.

I find that Pandora is usually a very good place to go for gifts. However, I am finding that it is somewhat harder to find things that my gift-ees do not already have on their charm bracelets. I would love to see some more selection and perhaps a bit more room to move about the room, especially during holiday season.

The sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. The manager was on site to hand me my purchase . Checkout on an Ipad was fast.
