The store was great and the service was good but there was nothing outstanding that would make me think this was a Highly Satisfied experience.

Inquired about a repair to an older product. Associate said no repair and we don’t make that ring anymore ; haven’t for a long time. Wasn’t interested in helping with a solution. I purchased a replacement fir my daughter but I know she will be disappointed.

For starters, I waited for 45+ minutes in line as the lady in the front desk took numerous people behind me before addressing me for help. Then, when it was my turn in line, she waited a good 10 minutes just standing there before helping me. It seemed like she just didn’t take me seriously because I am not an adult. I just wanted to go exchange my moms birthday gift and it just was a very uncomfortable situation. Although this is not Pandora’s fault, a woman in line with me was very very rude as well. I did not realize that they line continued in the middle of the aisle to avoid the exit and she rudely screamed at me “excuse you” and gave me dirty looks the whole time in line.

I had a 10% off coupon for my purchase which was not honored in the store. The sales associate mentioned that it was for an online only purchase, but the email did not indicate that it was for an online only purchase. The manager did not even attempt to correct the issue nor did she come over to assist in the matter.

I brought in my granddaughters bracelet which was missing a stone they initially refused to give me credit cause they no longer had I insisted they look at my acct and it was there so I picked something g elseidecisextoshop for myself I asked to look at the sale bracelets I picked one I liked and edited 10 Min fior sales person to come back with manager to tell me that this bracelet was put in the 50 percent off tray in error I could not get sale price unfair my salesperson was very nice but not knowledgeable I wanted to buy two rings she could not find in the book to scan bar code I was in store about an hour spent over 150.00 and don’t think I’ll go back I will shop on line

Waited 30min just to get into the store asked when on the line if there were charms for graduation was told there were Manny to choose from so I waited on line I should have been told there was only one drove 1 hour just to get to the store I am 73 years old standing in line is difficult if I was told there was only one charm I would have given my granddaughter the cash and she would have picked out her own
