The line was ridiculous- the sales aassociate came out and tried to coax me into shopping online and doing in store pickup when if I wanted to buy from a computer screen I would've done so from th ecomfort of my own homw. I went to the store to view items in person for that specific reason. The nonsense with waiting outside has got to go- look at the science. It's enough already! Highly dissatisfied. Everyone on top of each other on line outside the store but 6 feet apart in the store- hypocrisy at its finest.

I was not given options of the products that were available and within my budget, only to find out later that they were all available in the store. Highly disappointed !!

The salesperson did not take the initiative to try and resolve our problem. We had to ask her to call the store in California to verify my purchase. I always go above and beyond to provide services to my customer, but the assistant manager did not. She was helpful after we provided an alternative solution. As a manager, she should go the extra steps to help customers.

I needed to look around and see what I really wanted you can’t go in a jewelry store not being able to look around and again nobody else was in the store

The line to get into the store is ridiculous. These stores always seem understaffed during the holidays. After going to Pandora, I went to Swarovski. I was able to browse the store easily and make my purchase- no line to get in. I don't think I could shop at Pandora, without know EXACTLY what I'm looking for. The store doesn't lend itself to browsing. We only went there for a gift. I won't shop for myself as I don't like the purchasing process.

When I opened my credit card I was told you get 10% discount everytime I use my card. When I went to exchange my jewelry and charge the new purchase, I was told NO to the 10% discount because that was only a special for the first time I use my card but the purchase I received the discount was my second purchase. So when I went to Freehold store to exchange the purchase I lost my 10% and didn’t receive one on my new purchase. Very disappointed in this. I went to 3 different stores in 2 weeks and this was the first time I was told about the special on the discount. I felt deceived.

The girl taking names to register customers checking in didn't take last names, when she called John 4 people expected to be next the process wasn't very good and there wasn't enough sales staff on the day I was there
