I loved how I walked in with an idea of what bracelet I wanted and they knew which one I was talking about right away and then afterwards when I had no idea what charms I wanted they took the time to go threw the charms and let me look at them and pick out my favorites. She also helped me a lot by giving me feedback and her opinion. I love my bracelet!

Your sales team member who was there during my visit was fantastic. Miraiah was a complete gem. Very knowledgeable and although she was alone, she made sure every customer that walked in while I was there felt noticed and she made contact with them. I would definitely come back if I knew she was going to be there. She sold me the cutest little austronaut charm and my mom got two charms from her also.
