I was looking for 2 specific charms from the August release and I was unable to find them in Fort Collins, CO. I knew which charms I wanted. When I asked if they had them, the sales person went straight to the tray and pulled them out for me. :)

The store location was convenient. The salesperson was nice dressed and friendly. My ring size was not readily available, but the salesperson kept looking in different areas until she found my size in the ring style that I wanted.

Connie has been great help! She is always so happy to help.
