Very knowledgeable when I explained what I like, sales person right on point didnt waste my time.

The sales associate was friendly, accepted my online exchange (with receipt) without questions and assisted me with selecting charms that I had pictures of on my cell phone. Since I was considering buying a more flexible bracelet, she allowed me to try her personal bracelet on to see if I liked the bracelet’s size!

I was a first time shopper. Rachel at the Cherry Creek Mall location blew me away. She went so above and beyond, that I will be a customer for life. I was pretty loyal to Tiffany before my wonderful experience with Rachel. Not anymore! She was amazing!

They had fresh chocolate dipped strawberries from Godiva for the approaching Valentine's holiday and the staff present were wonderfully sweet as well.

I can into the store within 45 minutes of closing time and neither associate seemed disinterested in helping me. Rachael was patient with me when I couldn't remember which size ring I needed, and I had a certain style in mind and she was able to track it down for me in the right size, which I believed was out of stock. She answered all of my questions regarding care and upkeep. I'll definitely be returning!

The 2 ladies who were attending to me were very helpful. I was new to Pandora and was my first time buying and I was buying for a friend. My wrist size is so small that it took a couple of tries before we got the right size for me because I have more or less the same wrist size as the person i was buying it for.
