The sweet ladies/ associates helped me find the best gift for myself and made sure to stay in my budget and it was the newest of pandora charms and a beautiful ring... all to do with my son!

The sales associate Andrea F was very friendly and was quick to answer any questions we had. I asked for a recommendation and ended up getting what she showed me

some of the workers were very rude and had a additude didn't get help for some time was just standing around

I asked for my receipt to be sent to me by email and never received it. I called the store and they said they couldn't send it again. I had to give the sales associate my cell phone number to get a pdf partial receipt.

The sales clerk treaded me at first, as if I was going to steal something, when I asked to see merchandise up close. I felt she did this because I am Black. It changed once another sales associate stepped in and said I was a regular.

The other girl seemed very rude when I said i was a student and I wanted a student discount even though there was a sign to mention that you are a student..
