Satisfied with the service. However, not highly satisfied due to personal preference. Nothing to do with service or the store itself. Will return in the future.

Came to purchase a Denver charm regarding my visit for my travel bracelet to be told there were not Denver charms. Also the sale associate explained that Pandora will be stopping travel charms. This is one of my favorite things to do is grab travel charms form the sites I travel to. Why would you all stop this?

I was there to get a gift card. I dont feel like anybody had to go above & beyond to process my request. It was quick & easy.

1 associate went above & beyond to help me. Another associate was working. While 3 additional associates talked about their boyfriends & could care less about a customer being present.

I wanted a smaller bracelet but they did not have the size at the store

The lady helping me was amazing! But to be highly satistfied, I would have to purchase more rings...
