It was a pleasant experience. Lady very nice and helpful. I was only visiting Denver and will not be back anytime soon but if I do come back I would go back to this store.

I was very satisfied. I just have to exchange an item that doesn't fit right

Some of the merchandise wasn't easily found. I was looking for a specific necklace, and it wasn't on display. I had to ask for it specifically. Also, the ring I was looking for in size 7, wasn't in the tray. A Pandora employee had to look for it in the displays and other places to find one in my size. Lastly, the store was sold out of the Princess necklace I was looking for.

The selection was pretty low for what we were looking for.

Just the general set up of the pandora stores can cause easy congestion in the store. Though I understand it was the holiday season, it was kind of hard to just navigate the store even away from the main counter. Waiting space is limited in the store.

This pandora experience was great, however, I went to a pandora in the QVB (Sydney, Australia) and it was hard to find assisstance because it was really busy and not well set out.

have to paid for the parking at this location. item i wanted, need to order on line. not many special for mother's day.
