There were only two sales reps on Valentine's Day ... one of them didn't have a clue as to what was going on.... with anything ... the other sales rep was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE !! She quickly cleaned up the problem and helped me pick out something else (most of the charms I wanted were already gone ) she DEFINITELY SAVED THE DAY!!

The people overall was a little pushy. As if I owe them something. I didn't feel bad at all because I was the customer. But I guess high end places like this judges you via your looks.

Not highly satisfied since I was looking for more emoji charms and only one was available when it came to dog charms all they had was a bone in definitely sticking with on line since you guys have better selection also I was told a charm had two charms together and at the end they said no they where separate.

I traveled to this store specifically to exchange charms purchased at a different store. They were friendly on the phone when I called in advance to ensure they would exchange the charms. (after being told by the store at Flatirons Mall they would only exchange charms purchased at their own store) The sales associate was dressed inappropriately for a Sales person. I understand it might be personal expression but her low cut red blouse and pasted on bra on a heavy breasted woman offered views that as a customer (a woman, with my younger brother along) would have rather not seen! Each time she bent down to grab a tray of charms we could actually see her tummy through the low cut neckline. She was quite aware of her exposure... totally inappropriate!

Having to pay for parking has kept me away from the mall in general for the past year, this is why I am unlikely to return within the next 90 days.

Ive been to this particular Pandora store several times, and for today's visit.... I made my decision and decided to buy 3 charms under 15 mins i was in the store... yet the salesperson asked me for my ID when I wanna pay by my debit card, which I didnt bring ID with me since it was just a quick shopping. Thanksfully there's another salesperson knows me (cuz I've been shopped there for three yrs at least) and said i dont need to present an ID. Overall, still a good shopping experience at the pandora store... love the charms i bought
