I went into the store just to get a few items I thought it was really nice and everyone was very confident and what they were doing however I feel like I overpaid for the items and I was able to get them cheaper at Tiffany.

When I purchased the bracelet on the date 10/08, I was told there was a smaller size available and if I wanted the smaller size I should wait until the store has. I did not choose to wait because I wanted to feel if it loosens or not and it does loosen. So I went back to another pandora store for exchange but I was told that what I had was the smallest.

It's hard to find good customer service. Malorie was very helpful and friendly, we felt welcomed and not looked down upon ad if we were not able to afford the product because of our appearance.

It was a pretty good experience it was my first time going to any location they sales associate who had helped me seemed a little irritated and I did feel a little rushed and like I wasn’t taken seriously I was with my younger siblings but they also did buy merchandise which made me a little upset because we were all spending a lot of money and she could’ve been a tad bit nicer and I also didn’t receive like a box or anything which was unfortunate but overall I like the products but probably won’t be returning to this location anymore and shop online and another one

Very difficult to locate merchandise now that catalogs have been discontinued. Online & In-Store categories differ which also makes merchandise difficult to locate. Disappointed that your Southwest Plaza Mall location closed.

When I walked in the store I kept noticing the assistant manager who at the time was working with a customer, kept side eyeing me. As I was dealing with another sales associate the woman comes over and starts looking at items in the display, then picks up the items I was discussing exchanging and starts examining them, and then picks up the receipt and does the same thing (no one called for her assistance). So I look at her, and the proceed to have a conversation with the sales associate about the exchange. The woman is just standing there while her customer is waiting on the other side of the counter. So I ask her, are you the manager? She identifies herself as the assistant manager. So I ask her, “do we need an approval from you or something?” because at this point I’m wondering why she is here. She says she has to call the other store to verify something (Parkmeadows), which she goes in the back and calls. She then returns this time with a seamingly different tone, letting me know that the exchange would be fine, but that it would cost more. Which was fine. However, I decided that I would just go to park meadows for the exchange.

The associate was not knowledgeable about prices or product. We couldn’t find a few things. And it was just overwhelming and slow.
