It took forever to be acknowledged let alone get assistance from staff. There seemed to be more people working than customers and it seemed there was no system for helping, it was helter skelter and very chaotic.

The worker was very pushy on me buying something and would ignore when I wasn’t intereses in something she just wanted me to buy it the only reason why I bought something is because I had been wanting a bracelet but if it wasn’t for that reason the worker would of pushed me away from buying anything.

I have 3 Pandora charms that are clearly Pandora that are broken, and the store refuses to stand by their products. Not a good business practice

The sales associate was not friendly for working with customers. She had not customer service skills. She dropped my bracelet on the floor with several of my charms on it, and then dropped a piece my new bracelet on the floor. It was a terrible experience!

The sales associate made me feel rushed. I went in excited to buy my first ring as a celebration to myself and she made me feel like I needed to rush. Didn’t even bother to talk to me about the rings or my size.

No assistance at all by staff. When asked about the Mother's Day items in store, I was "pointed" to a display and curtly told the sets were there and 20% off. No offer to assist or be shown any merchandise

A promotion was being advertised in the email. Conveniently, when I arrived at the store the salesperson claimed the item was out of stock. In short, all these “spend X dollars, get Y” are a lie. This is not the first time it happened. Won’t shop there again. Will tell family to avoid as well.

I was satisfied, at first, with the friendly customer service. The associate did not tell us much about the care of the product of any details and almost forgot to give us our boxes and bag since we chose to wear our bracelets out. We were never told that you could not wear the bracelets in certain places (pool, hot tub etc) and the same day we purchased them we wore them to the hot tub thinking that they are good quality jewelry. Immediately after we noticed the bracelets turned this ugly color and were no longer shiny at all. We did not expect this from pandora at all. We wore our other jewelry - rings and watches in the hot tub which never have any reaction with the water. We thought we had good customer service, but although she was nice, she was very uninformed or forgetful since she did not even explain this could happen or about any special care for the jewelry as well as forgetting to give us our boxes/bags.

I purchased a charm online, and received the wrong item. I tried to exchange it in the store and they stated they were unable to because it’s a franchise store and it will ‘affect’ the inventory. Completely absurd, and inconvenient. We will not be shopping here again.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable of the products, struggled through finding items under the counter with assistance from another, couldn’t find pricing for several items and needed help. We spent a very long time at the store waiting on him to figure things out.
