The associate who helped my mom and I must have been new as she didn't know where any of the charms we were asking for were located. I felt badly for the associate because the assistant manager at this store was short, unfriendly and hardly helpful. The associate apologized to us numerous times, but it wouldn't have been such an issue if management had stepped in to help, instead of brushing her off. My mother and I left extremely frustrated after being told we were overcharged as well, but to double check the receipt ourselves to see if that was in fact the case. Will likely only buy online again, you couldn't pay me to go back to that store. It was chaos and the assistant manager was doing absolutely nothing. I honestly think he spent 10 minutes staring at the same charm while we were there instead of helping one of the many people waiting.

I bought earrings like 3 months ago and I went to the store to tell them that since I bought the item was damage and they didn’t want to help me, actually they were so rude to me and they replace the item but it was also damaged.

Long wait time to be assisted inside the store, no employee greeted us or acknowledged us by saying "we'll be right with you." All employees look annoyed and were not helpful. Our cashier was not friendly and with an attitude when we asked for help.

Mikaela was sitting down and on her phone when I walked into the store after I got her attention she was rather rude and inattentive. I kept asking her opinion on charms and she was dismissive. I also felt rushed. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

The sale associate did not help me at all, was having conversations with the other employee there. I have to ask for help they never asked in I needed help. One of the employees had there computer over the sale side and when I went to look they didn’t move there stuff.

Purchased two clips for a bracelet after waiting 45 minutes for service. Sales person neglected to put silicone pieces in and I had to return to store the next day as clips were useless with silicone pieces.

2 of the sales ladies where absolutely rude I ask if they can wrap it in bow like always the lady really I will give u bag if you want with an attitude.

We choice 3 rings for Christmas but it’s not available any size. The customer not to happy with help us. I definitely will not be came back at store.
