The selection was great. I went to the one in Charleston and I loved how they had a variety of Charleston charms to choose from. All the workers were nice, I ended up getting my first charm that day.

Going into a Pandora store is like a little slice of a fairy tale. Such a delicate pink color. All the beautifully lighted displays of the charms, bracelets rings and things. I also love the bags and boxes they go in when you purchase.

I am mainly taking the time to write this because of your wonderful staff. I do love the product I purchased, but I absolutely am appreciative of how friendly and welcoming your staff was. I can't say enough about Morgan and Sylvia. They helped me pick out charms for my gf and were about to close. I have worked in retail and customer service and I give a 10/10! Thank you Morgan and Sylvia. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
