The representative that assisted me was extremely professional. She did not hesitate with any questions I had and was eager to display the items on my wrist so I was able to appreciate how they looked. She also was able to demonstrate how to put the charms on.

I love the Disney collaboration and all the charms of my favorite Disney characters. I purchased dumbo and Alice on the Mad Hatter Hat so lovable and I felt so happy having them on my bracelet. I was so happy that Pandora had them in stock after the holiday shopping. The sales associate was so nice and patient when I was selecting my bracelet, I wanted to make sure which one I wanted to purchase snake vs bangle. She also allowed me to try multiple combinations between bracelets and charms that I was interested in. I love Pandora and also interested in other pieces in the store.

The store personnel are always very welcoming. When busy, they always make sure the next person waiting is taken first. The sales associates are very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I went to Walt Whitman mall pandora due to the fact they have more selection and the Bayshore Pandora had less selection and the service is unprofessional and my daughters were very upset there. Walt Whitman is 100 times more professional and service was excellent.
