I dealt with 2 reps at this location. The first rep found the item I wanted and placed it aside. The second helped me finish my purchase. She also suggested additional products to make my experience better. She also went above and beyond to find all the necessary items to complete my purchase in 1 trip.

The process of choosing a gift is made real simple and with ease. You start with what type of jewelry you’re looking for i.e. a bracelet, then which metal, then what category of charms the person is interested in etc. I loved that the sales associate showed us many options for charms and she places them in a tray for you, to compare your choices and selecting the perfect combination. The sales associate also asked if we interested in other pieces of jewelry in the store which was cool because I’m already thinking about what I would like next to purchase for myself. And all the new styles of pandora jewelry really intrigued me!!!!!
