Young lady was nice and helpful

The sales person greater me when I walked in. Help me find the gift I was looking for and explained it to me to make sure I had the correct one. Very clean store.

Sales Associate was friendly and quick to attend me. My merchandise was made readily available so that it did not take long to complete my transaction.

The sales associate at this location was not on only friendly but very knowledgeable of the product. She was quick to tell us she would be with us in a few minutes which was true.

Loray, Store Manager, is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She was very patient with a 2-hr. sale as she went to different locations to put together a necklace with numerous charms for my wife's birthday. She knows where everything is! She also knows the store stock well.

I was very,very satisfied with the sales associate that worked with me. Her knowledge of stock and gave me many different choices. I had a Pandora bracelet which was to large for my wrist she showed me different styles and she fitted me perfectly. She changed the charms from my bracelet to the one I purchased and cleaned the charms. She explained how to keep my things looking perfect at all times. I will definitely go back to that shop, I was very satisfied.

Representative Sabrina was helpful and friendly on the phone. The merchandise I wanted was ready when I got there. Beautiful products.

The only reason I wouldn't be that likely to come back is because I don't buy much jewelry, but if I do I definitely will come back
