The service began while we were outside on the line. We were conveniently directed to a sales person at the counter. The counter was disinfected and the sales person was very knowledgeable. It was our first time purchasing Pandora products!

I wasn't sure i was going to find the charm i was looking for, it said sold out online. I told the sales associate what I was looking for. She immediately made suggestions and it turns out they had the charm i wanted.

The store is really clean, the girls are really helpful and it wasn’t too long the wait in line. 10 minutes later I had my purchase

I absolutely love the Whitman mall location. I have been going there for years. I always ask for Mary, who is one of the best employees I have every encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and above all friendly. She has always made my shopping experience extremely pleasurable.
