The environment and professional attitude of everyone. They were respectful and patient. It was also refreshing to see them constantly cleaning the surfaces.

I was happy to see the store adhering to capacity guidelines. Once I entered the store, an associate worked with me quickly and efficiently.

Sales girl was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience.

I had to wait outside and one of the girls came and gave me a book to look through while I wait. I was greeted with a smile 😊 and the girls inside was very nice to me. Love Pandora

Was able to get everything I wanted and had to order one thing since it wasn’t available in the store.

Friendly and efficient

Went to the Walt Whitman branch in Melville, NY. I had to wait on line for a while but once I was in the customer service was excellent. The manager there is so sweet and personable. Plus this branch always seems to have the charms I’m looking for when other stores don’t. Very happy customer.

I came in to buy one charm for my Birthday in a few days. I ended up buying a new style bracelet, 4 charms, 3 rings and a jar of cleaner.
